Blending the Caribbean With the Torbay Coastline
We begin with Caribbean rum aged for 3–5 years in ex-bourbon oak casks, chosen for its smooth depth and character. Once it reaches Devon, we blend it by hand with our own balanced blend of spices - cinnamon, clove and nutmeg, lifted by notes of pineapple, orange and caramel.
Every bottle is blended, bottled and finished here in Torbay, using a sustainable label made from cane fibre, a nod to our care for our home.

A Cause Close to Home
We’ve partnered with Above Water, a Torbay-based charity led by Brendon Prince, that’s tackling drowning prevention through education and training - both locally and across the UK.
Their work hits close to home. With the sea on our doorstep, we think it’s important to support people doing something meaningful around it. That’s why we donate 1% of all sales towards supporting their Adult Water Safety Awareness Sessions.
Approval From a National Treasure
We recently had the pleasure of welcoming Torquay United football advisor Neil Warnock to sample our Golden Spiced rum alongside our selection of gins at Torbay Gin.
He took home a bottle to sip over ice after Torquay United's win that night!
