What Goes Into Our Rum?

Our rum uses the finest ingredients, connecting the stunning Caribbean to the vibrant Torbay coast.

  • We start with a base of 3-5 year oak-aged rum, using a blend of the finest rums from the Caribbean.
  • We then add a blend of whole spices, such as cinnamon, clove, orange and nutmeg, delivering our signature flavour.
  • We finish it with a touch of natural sweetness from caramel and pineapple, to give a smooth flavour, creating a rum perfect for sipping over ice or mixing with a fiery ginger beer.

A Cause Close to Home

We’ve partnered with Above Water, a Torbay-based charity led by Brendon Prince, that’s tackling drowning prevention through education and training - both locally and across the UK.

Their work hits close to home. With the sea on our doorstep, we think it’s important to support people doing something meaningful around it. That’s why we donate 1% of all sales towards supporting their Adult Water Safety Awareness Sessions.
