Spiced Rum Cooler | Cocktail Cove
Spiced Rum, ginger beer and a bit of citrus, what's not to love? A simple but delicious cocktail using our Golden Spiced Rum.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Torbay Rum Golden Spiced
- 15ml lime juice
- 150ml premium ginger beer
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- Lime wheel to garnish
Method:
- Add rum, lime juice and bitters to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until cold.
- Pour over crushed ice, then top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wheel.
