Inspired by the orchards surrounding our home in Cockington, this cocktail is perfect for a summers day. Apple juice, ginger ale and spiced rum compliment each other beautifully. Ingredients: 50ml Torbay Rum Golden Spiced 50ml cloudy apple juice 150ml premium ginger beer 2 dashes of Angostura bitters Mint sprig Lime wheel Method: Pour Golden Spiced rum and cloudy apple juice over ice. Top with ginger ale and add 2 dashes of angostura bitters. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel.
