Spiced Cockington Orchard | Cocktail Cove
Inspired by the orchards surrounding our home in Cockington, this cocktail is perfect for a summers day. Apple juice, ginger ale and spiced rum compliment each other beautifully.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Torbay Rum Golden Spiced
- 50ml cloudy apple juice
- 150ml premium ginger beer
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Mint sprig
- Lime wheel
Method:
- Pour Golden Spiced rum and cloudy apple juice over ice.
- Top with ginger ale and add 2 dashes of angostura bitters.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel.
